Instilling a Sense of Security in Young People during Uncertain Times

As we continue to navigate the “new normal” of social distancing and social isolation, our children face significant changes in how they learn, how they interact with the world, and how they adapt to the ever-changing policies and rules that evolve through a crisis. While adults may experience increased anxiety and depression during these times, most are able to acknowledge this occurrence as acute and temporary. Children, on the other hand, are likely to be shaped by these experiences in a manner that will impact them as they navigate childhood, adolescence, and young adulthood. Join us to learn about strategies and tools that can help support healthy development in young people during these uncertain times, and create a protective environment against the stressors they face in an ever-changing environment.

THIS SEMINAR WILL BE OFFERED THROUGH ZOOM. One (1) CEU will be offered to participants.
