God is taking care of us and promises He has plans to give us hope and a future. It is not always easy to rest in this truth, but we can trust God's faithfulness above all other things. With God's help, may we feel our anxieties dim even as our faith grows brighter. Our faith is a powerful complement to tools like counseling and medication in finding help and healing.
Lord Jesus, You are our Prince of Peace, having redeemed our body and soul through Your death on the cross and Your resurrection from the tomb. As you calmed the storm on the Sea of Galilee, also calm our hearts and minds in times of anxiety through Your abiding presence and love. Strengthen us with the certainty that You are holding us now and always in Your mighty right hand, and provide supportive family members, friends and professionals to care for and encourage us on our journey. In Your name we pray, Amen.
