Virtual Lunch and Learn: Motherhood and Mental Health

The birth of a child is often a joyous occasion, but the stress of pregnancy, childbirth, and caring for a newborn can impact mom's mental health.

According to the World Health Organization, approximately 10% of pregnant women and 13% of women who just gave birth experience a mental disorder, typically depression. Perinatal mental health is an important consideration for expecting mothers and the professionals they interact with.
