Learning Objectives:
- Participants will describe race-based trauma and the impact of current racialized traumas, as well as historical traumas, on the mental health of BIPOC (Black, Indigeous, People of Color) clients.
- Participants will assess for the presence of race-based trauma symptoms using both standarized and non-standarized instruments.
- Participants will create a treatment plan to address race-based trauma in a clinical setting.
