Stabilizing Housing for Families: A 2-Part Series

Part 1: September 30 @ 2pm

Families who have children who experience mental health and/or substance use challenges are more likely than others to experience homelessness. During times of stress or crisis, children are less likely to be engaged in mental health and substance use support services - times when they and their families need help the most. Often, these children act out loudly or engage in destructive behavior on the property where their families live. These behaviors may result in families facing eviction and homelessness. In this 2-part series presented by the Homeless and Housing Resource Center and National Family Support Technical Assistance Center, important information will be shared about family homelessness and the supports available to help families regain housing stability.
