Richard Propes, Indiana Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services (he/him pronouns) (above): Mr. Richard Propes will review sexual violence (SV) legislation related to disability, discusses how HIPPA works in the context of Sexual Violence or Intimate Partner Violence crisis for people with disabilities, myths about disability and sexual violence, and highlights the disproportionate impacts of SV for people with disabilities. Mr. Propes illustrates individual, interpersonal, and organizational prevention strategies.
