Join us for our free Mindfulness Through the Holidays Program, Friday, Dec. 4, 8:30 a.m. This 30-minute, VIRTUAL event will include a cooking demonstration of an easy holiday recipe and a mindfulness exercise guided by Stephan Viehweg, LCSW, ACSW, IMH-E. Take a few minutes to de-stress, regroup and be ready to tackle the holidays this anything-but-ordinary year.
