The focus of this webinar is to discuss research-informed strategies for developing a college-going culture that benefits the educational and career aspirations of Latinx/a/o students. By leveraging educational research, this webinar provides strategies tailored to high school counselors, teachers, administrators, and parents who are interested in increasing postsecondary enrollment for Latinx/a/o students. Particular attention is given to financial aid services, advising, mentoring initiatives, disaggregated data, and leadership buy-in.
