Now more than ever, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and a more technology-based generation, service providers need to increase their skills in managing digital technology.

Doctor Katherine Hertlein will discuss the impact of technology on abusive family relationships and the resources to help survivors of domestic and sexual violence through digital technology. Marilyn Ivette Lopez will demonstrate how to use the latest version of apps, devices, and social media, and how to include them in social programs to help survivors and clients.
