Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) is an evidence-based recovery course that supports people experiencing high levels of stress and other personal challenges. WRAP is beneficial to anyone experiencing any kind of challenge, from a physical condition such as diabetes, to a mental health condition like depression, and everything in between. The course is designed to be highly interactive and encourage participation and sharing from all present.
We have several courses open in June. All courses meet in eight sessions over a period of four weeks.
Two sessions per week, Monday and Wednesday of each week.
