2020 Child Maltreatment Virtual Symposium

Please join Parkview Trauma Services for the 2020 Child Maltreatment Symposium. This year the event will be offered virtually on Wednesdays throughout July.

Objectives

  1. At the conclusion of this presentation, the participant will be able to:
  2. Recognize the impact of the COVID-19 on children's social, mental, physical and intellectual well-being.
  3. Acknowledge the value of physically attending school on a child's personal development.
  4. Identify goals for the Department of Child Services.
  5. Describe new positions in the Department of Child Services.
  6. Recognize the different forms of human trafficking and exploitation and the scope of the problem in Indiana.
  7. Identify your role in anti-human trafficking efforts.
