HART program gives hope for opioid recovery

The Lutheran Foundation CEO Marcia Vollmer Haaff joined Mayor Tom Henry at a press conference on November 20, along with representatives of the Fort Wayne Police Department, Parkview Behavioral Health, Purdue Fort Wayne and Lutheran Social Services, to roll out HART, a new program that comes alongside people at risk of opioid overdose.
