It’s estimated to cause 200 million lost workdays each year and cost employers $17 to $44 billion. Prescription drug misuse is also have a a significant impact on Indiana employers, with 80 percent of employers having observed misuse by their employees. Additionally, prolongued conflict can negatively affect mental health.
