CHOICES EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM (CERT)

Choices Coordinated Care Solutions provides the Choices Emergency Response Team (CERT). CERT is a mobile, community-based team of specialists that provide 24-hour assessment and on-site crisis response to support individuals and their families experiencing challenges with opioid overdoses, substance use, and mental health crisis. CERT not only responds during times of crisis, but also works to ensure individuals are connected with long-term recovery services to achieve success.

COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH CENTER, INC.

Community Mental Health Center, Inc. (CMHC) offers a variety of services for those with substance use disorders. Services are available in a variety of locations. Open Access/Walk-In Services are also available during specific times. More details can be found on the CMHC website at http://www.cmhcinc.org/Programs_Services.aspx

 

HIGHPOINT HEALTH

Highpoint Health Inpatient Medical Stabilization cares for patients who suffer for substance abuse addiction in a safe and confidential environment.  Medical Stabilization begins with a short hospital stay while providing evidence based treatment for opiate addiction.  During your stay at Highpoint Health, you will receive compassionate care and support, education materials, and a discharge plan to assure proper support is in place after you leave. Typically patient have an appointment within 1 week of calling.  Some Indiana Medicaid's accepted.   For more information please call our Medical Stabilization office at 812-532-2646 or email to medical_stabilization@myhph.org

Please note patients will not be directly admitted from the Emergency Room all admissions are scheduled in advance.
