In recent years, we have become more aware of the impact that screen time and social media have on all people. Children and teens are more susceptible to the effects of frequent and prolonged cell phone use. It has become more imperative that we all pay more attention to how we use technology so that it serves as a benefit to us, and does not allow for ourselves and young people to be negatively affected by it.
