  1. Life Cycle provides a bicycle to anyone in need of transportation with a referral
  2. YMCA provides low or no cost transportation in Miami County via the Y Transit.
  3. YMCA Transit will transport Medicaid eligible to medical appointments free of charge through Southeastrans & LogistiCare.

MEDICARE AND SOCIAL SECURITY

  1. Indiana Health Center Peru 472-2519 can help their patients.
  2. Area Five, Logansport, (800) 654-942 has SHIP (State Health Insurance Assistance Program) counselors available for help with Medicare and Social Security questions.
